Therapy is for everyone. It is not only for people who are currently suffering from mental illness but also for people who are ‘normal’ and would like to promote their health (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual). Going for therapy is one of the most courageous and kindest things you can do for yourself. Everyone could benefit from the help of a trained, qualified, non-judgmental, objective, caring professional at some point in their life. Does everyone “need” this? No. But going to therapy wouldn’t hurt, and would likely help. Don’t wait for things to hit a dead end. It’s never too late to make a change.
